Smruti is a post graduate in Mass Comm. Starting with Jain TV in 2001, she worked for Sahara TV, New Express and other media organisations in different capacities. She established ALTERNATIVES in 2011, looking primarily at the fact film market and cost effective commercial productions.
Prasenjit has been a media professional since 1995. He has served Times TV (ToI Group), Moving Picture Company, Sahara TV, UNI among other organisations. Having specialised in feature production, he has been the main force behind the foundation of ALTERNATIVES.
Sarbesh has been associated with ALTERNATIVES since its inception. A veteran in the trade, Sarbesh has rendered his services to prominent media Organisations and several feature film productions. He has given vital service to ALTERNATIVES, primarily in its documentary and technical video productions.
Dr. Alamgeer is an academician with a doctorate in language and literature from Jamia Millia Islamia University. He is associated with prominent educational institutions and trains aspirant media professionals. Dr. Alamgeer is a regular advisor to ALTERNATIVES on socio-economic content, particularly with respect to disadvantaged sections of the society and nuances of current media trends. Additionally, he supports research activities for content generation and helps in Hindi language scripts.
Sameeran executes the production and related activities of ALTERNATIVES in the Northeast. He has been working in media for about 15 years, Sameeran is a veteran. He has an intense understanding of the the NE region and his support is vital to ALTERNATIVES in its NE operations.
Dev has been a Music Director since 2006. Apart from giving music to TVCs of prominent brands, he has tuned for TV serials/series for MTV, Channel V, Zee TV etc. Dev helps ALTERNATIVES in designing its music.
